A lidded urn in the shape of a Southeast Asian temple offering vessel — a low, round body rising to a tall spire finial, set on a flared pedestal foot, and carved over every surface with stacked lotus petals and lattice.

The gold finish is applied over a warm underlayer and then rubbed back, so the high points of the carving catch the light while the recesses stay dark. At 17.5" tall it has real presence — this is a piece that anchors a console or a mantel rather than filling a gap on a shelf.

The lid lifts off and the base is a generous open bowl, so it works closed as a sculptural object or open as a catchall for keys, remotes or a bowl of ornaments at the holidays.
