Lismore is the pattern Waterford is known for — a lattice of deep diamond cutting with tall vertical wedge cuts running up between the rows, so the whole body is worked rather than just banded. It does what that cutting is meant to do: put it near a lamp and it throws light in every direction. There's real weight in the hand and the deep clear ring that only leaded glass gives.

Tall and slender, with a long plain neck and a faceted stopper with a star-cut top. The stopper is a ground plug, hand-fitted to this neck.

The base carries the acid-etched Waterford mark. Lismore has been in production since 1952 and is the most recognized pattern the house has made, which is exactly why it still reads instantly on a bar cart or a dining sideboard.
