Beautifully crafted in West Germany by Heinrich Porcelain (a prestigious branch of Villeroy & Boch), this limited-edition plate is titled "Child of the U.S.A." and is the 9th release in this highly collectible global charity series.
Plate: Excellent vintage condition with zero chips, cracks, crazing, or flea bites. Colors are bright, and the gold trim is intact.
