Mid-Century WMF Ikora Silverplate Asparagus Celery Tray – Germany 6525

This highly recognizable Model 6525 features an elegant fluted, longitudinal channel design with gently scalloped edges, elevated by four classic rounded ball feet. Originally engineered to elegantly serve long items like asparagus spears, celery, corn on the cob, or dinner relishes, it makes an exceptional centerpiece or statement display piece today.

This tray is in good vintage condition with an authentic aged character. It features a lovely brushed metal finish with some honest surface aging, minor tarnish spots, and light wear to the protective lacquer coat consistent with its age. There are no major dents. Please review the photos carefully to evaluate the exact cosmetic condition.

WMF Ikora pieces feature a special protective treatment. To preserve the finish, do not use harsh silver cleaners or abrasive pads. Clean only by wiping gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not submerge or place in a dishwasher.
