This custom-matted historical photograph features a prominent two-story stone building—characteristic of a 19th-century California Gold Country courthouse, hotel, or municipal building—with a large crowd of townspeople gathered outside the entrance in period attire. The print is a professional modern restoration of a vintage archival image, bearing the printed credit "Restored & Printed by Steve Crandell" along the bottom edge, a known image preservation specialist from Placerville, California. The piece is beautifully housed in a premium solid wood frame with a tiered profile and neutral double matting, measuring approximately 29.5" W x 23.5" H x 1" D.
